A.D.R.
The acronym A.D.R. stands for Alternative Dispute resolution and it encompasses all those procedures that are meant to find out-of-court solutions to a dispute. When asked to offer our services in connection with a dispute, it is our policy to always assess the possibility of finding an out-of-court settlement.

ARBITRATION
Arbitration is an alternative to justice being administered by state courts; it is an adjudicative procedure, in that it normally ends with an award that has the same effects of a court judgement. Avv. Prandi has served as sole arbitrator, member of the arbitration panel or chairman of the arbitration panel in several cases.

LAWYERS’ ETHICS
We peruse ethics issues with great passion, and we are available to work with colleagues who may be called upon to defend their conduct before the Ethics Counsel. Similarly, we can assist clients who need to investigate on the conduct of their counsellor with respect to its consistency with ethics provisions.

FAMILY AND ESTATE LAW
Relationships between members of the same family unit often are hard to manage; the most fragile members of the family ought to be protected. We can also assist our clients in planning the so-called “generational transition” in small or medium-sized companies.

CORPORATE LAW
Contemporary society requires entrepreneurs to exercise a level of attention and depth of analysis that would have been scarcely conceivable only a few decades ago. Not only has membership in the European Union expanded the sources of law, but the prevailing trend in the evolution of Western societies is toward enhanced protection of fundamental rights, as well as increased safeguards for workers and consumers.

CORPORATE TRAINING
To the benefit of its corporate clients, Avv. Prandi is available to organize staff training events. The content of the meetings, their duration and scheduling are agreed in advance, based on the specific needs of the client.
