Fabrizio Maria Prandi, Esq.
I devoted approximately thirty years to the study of law, beginning with a law degree, continuing with an LL.M. programme in the United States, and ultimately through my professional practice.
I believe I have acquired meaningful experience in the areas in which I have most frequently worked; more importantly, however, I have come to develop an awareness that any legal issue, no matter how complex, can be addressed through a diligent and systematic approach. Meticulous work, over twenty years of professional experience, and what I would describe as a certain ease in written expression have allowed me to practice the profession with competence and, I believe, to meet my clients’ expectations.
In recent years, I have had the pleasure and the honour of delivering seminars on joint-stock companies as part of the Commercial Law course at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Urbino.
Outside my professional activity, I practiced karate for approximately twenty years, attaining the rank of third-degree black belt. I also follow basketball and tennis with enthusiasm as a spectator, and I have a strong interest in reading essays on logic and philosophy.
